How do I protect my investment?

Working with existing systems

You may feel that the time is not right for you to install a Rosecom Hosted IPT solution because you have just purchased a new IP system from another supplier; a reasonable conclusion.

However, we can offer you the security of hosted numbering, without affecting the newly installed system by providing you with SIP trunks, which replace traditional ISDN. We simply port your inbound numbers from the ISDN service provider (e.g. BT, Virgin Media etc.) to our system, offering you the protection and security for that vital customer contact that they cannot. Use of your system will be as normal; however, should disaster strike (system failure, loss of power, or worse), you will be able to access and re-route calls with minimal effort to any other location. This includes individual DDI numbers, which is not possible with traditional ISDN connections.

Our SIP trunks are delivered over a SLA backed circuit, which can also carry your Internet traffic. This combination will undoubtedly save you money as you are now combining two services into one: ISDN and Internet. By using our MPLS infrastructure and Virtual Route Forwarding (VRF), quality of service is maintained through traffic prioritisation for voice and video.
