Externally, a link is required to our Nortel CS2000 switch which connects you to the public network as well as other users in your organisation. This can replace existing ISDN lines, usually at a lower cost. Your numbers are then ported to our secure exchange environment.

IP softphones are even easier. Once installed on your laptop or smartphone, you can make calls to anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection or route calls to ring on any phone (including the softphone) either simultaneously or in sequence.
