 Provision of Nortel CS2000 hosted IP PBX or softswitch. This is a system based on Nortel’s highly successful DMS exchanges, used by BT for approximately 20 years.
The CS2000 is used by government departments such as the DWP and also Sky Television. iHub’s own installations include Gardiner & Theobald. You will not be the first.
Enables IT
 Provision of LAN services. EIT have built a solid reputation in the design and implementation of LAN/MAN infrastructures that are completed on time and within budget with the assistance of dedicated Network Engineers and Project Managers. The ability to provide ongoing support via a Helpdesk, Remote and Onsite Support Engineers with various levels of SLA's compliment Rosecom's overall
SLA.
Customers include HCA International (24x7, 4 hour fix SLA) and PPM Capital Partners LLP (30 minute remote response/2 hours on site
SLA).
Provision of MPLS WAN. Through service agreements with multiple carriers that include Openreach, NTL:Telewest, Global Crossing and Level 3 and its own network backbone, Network Flow is able to deliver an end to end MPLS WAN solution, with a network based firewall and central management.
All fibre installations come with ADSL back up, ensuring resilient failover and support.
Customers include Yo Sushi, Family Investment Group, Amex and Clyde and Co.
This combination of skills and experience from the Rosecom team is unique; our customers know that they have continuity and a knowledge base at their disposal that would be almost impossible to obtain from larger organisations who are constantly searching for replacement staff to fill these skill shortages.
